The Connecticut Pest Control Association and Nisus are teaming up to bring you the latest installment of the Kitchen Confidential Seminar Series. Nisus Corporation’s George Williams and Marty Keane will present two hours of CEUs discussing the challenges (and horrors) of tackling problematic pests in commercial kitchens. Pitmasters John Singletary and Harry Bryan will be offering up a full BBQ spread with beef and pulled pork and a smorgasbord of side dishes and culinary delights. George has made numerous media appearances as a pest expert, most notably on This Old House and Infested on Animal Planet-Discovery Channel. George is a frequent speaker at national, regional, & state conferences on various industry subjects. George lives in NYC with his wife Jackie, and they have four grown children. |
