We Train Your Service Professionals — and You

CPCA understands the importance of education and providing members with the tools and resources they need to uphold the integrity and image of the pest management industry. Each year CPCA offers a comprehensive course with credits, professional speakers and the largest exhibit hall in the state at the Fall Conference. Members of CPCA receive exclusive pricing to attend the event. In addition CPCA hosts recertification training throughout the year at a greatly reduced cost to all member companies.

We Help Grow Your Business

CPCA works hard to expose members to new business. We are excited to announce the a new listing of our member companies so that customers can find local providers in their area to solve their pest problems. Click here to view your company listing and make sure your information is accurate for the next consumers that visit our consumer selector page.

We Expose Your Business to New Customers

Of course we help improve the day-to-day operations of our members’ business with our training, Washington representation, and business support tools, but we take our commitment to their future one step helping potential customers find them! CPCA members have their company name and contact information listed on, our consumer site visited annually by more than 600,000 users. Imagine the business leads that stem from consumers using our searchable by zip code locator to find professionals in their area!  CPCA members receive this tremendous exposure at no additional fee.

Additionally, NPMA’s consumer education arm, the Professional Pest Management Alliance, engages in substantial public relations initiatives to help grow the industry. In fact, over the past six years, more than six million homeowners have turned to professional pest management for the first time. We know much of that growth stems from the industry’s united voice, touting the important role our members play in protecting public health.
