A unique cooperative effort exists between the Connecticut Pest Control Association (CTPCA) and the National Pest Management Association (NPMA). Our partnership/membership for all pest management companies offers you a multitude of programs and benefits that will help you accomplish your business goals. The powerful mix of benefits provides a variety of services to all our PMP members.
We make a difference in our members’ businesses. We provide essential tools to train their service professionals, grow their business, save them money, and expose them to new customers. We know what our members need — and how to help them most. Below are some of the services we offer. For a full list please click here.
If you are not a member, and would like to take advantage of these benefits, please click here for a joint membership application.
CTPCA & NPMA work hard to expose members to new business. Of course, we help improve the day-to-day operations of our members’ business with our training, Washington representation, and business support tools, but we take our commitment to your future one step further...by helping potential customers find them! CTPCA/NPMA members have their company name and contact information listed on www.pestworld.org, our consumer site visited annually by more than 600,000 users. Imagine the business leads that stem from consumers using our searchable by zip code locator to find professionals in their area! CPCA members receive this tremendous exposure at no additional fee.
Additionally, NPMA’s consumer education arm, the Professional Pest Management Alliance, engages in substantial public relations initiatives to help grow the industry. In fact, over the past six years, more than six million homeowners have turned to professional pest management for the first time. We know much of that growth stems from the industry’s united voice, touting the important role our members play in protecting public health.
CTPCA understands the importance of education and providing members with the tools and resources they need to uphold the integrity and image of the pest management industry. Each year CTPCA offers a comprehensive course with credits, professional speakers and the largest exhibit hall in the state at their Fall Conference. Members of CTPCA receive exclusive pricing to attend the event. In addition, CTPCA hosts recertification training throughout the year at a greatly reduced cost to all member companies.
