Q: Can I do just those the few sessions I need credits for, or do I have to go to all ten?
A: Attend only the classes you want to attend. With one registration, you will receive a unique login link that you can use to access the classes throughout the workshop series.
Q: How do I join each of the classes?
A: There is one link for the entire program that you will receive when you sign up. That link will give you access to each of the classes for the duration of the workshop series.
Q: Can I share my login with someone else?
A: No. Your login or JOIN link is tied to specifically to you, your operators license, and is tracked by your email address. If they want to participate, they will need to register with their own email address.
Q: Can my coworker and I watch on the same computer or mobile device?
A: No. CEUs are awarded only to the person who is registered. The email address that you registered with is used to track your attendance and award your CEUs. If they want to attend, they will need to log in on their own device using their unique registration link.
Q: How long are classes and how many CEUs do I earn?
A: The education content is 60 minutes (credits are 1 hour), but the webinars are scheduled for 75 minutes to accommodate Q&A, engagement quizzes, and messages from our valued Strategic Sponsors.
Q: What equipment and information do I need to attend?
A: You need a unique email address that is only yours, and internet access. After registering, you'll receive a link to JOIN the webinar. Click that link to join the webinar before each session.
Q: How do I attend if I don't have a computer?
A: You can attend through your Android or Apple smart phone or tablets. Be sure to download the GoToWebinar app from your GooglePlay (android) or iOS (apple) app store before the meeting begins!
Q: My computer does not have a microphone. Is this a Mandatory Requirement.
A: You should not need a microphone, and can ask your questions in the chat box.
Q: Do I need to download the app to attend by computer?
A: No. Just click your Join link and it should prompt you through your internet browser.
